Looking for a Rental property
Access our website and search from our substantial list of available properties that meet your requirements. When you find an appropriate property, contact our office and our letting team will arrange an accompanied viewing. Properties can also be viewed on various high profile, web portals such as find a property, Right Move, Think property, Email4property, Net-lettings and Prime location.

Before Moving
A holding deposit secures the property you have chosen and will ensure the property is withdrawn from the market pending completion of formalities such as references.
References required include - Bank, Employment and previous or current Landlord.

Once your references have been accepted by the Landlord, the balances of monies are paid and an Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement is entered into by both parties.
