A holding deposit secures the property you have chosen and will ensure the
property is withdrawn from the market pending completion of formalities such
as references.
References required include - Bank, Employment and previous or current Landlord.
Once your references have been accepted by the Landlord, the balances
of monies are paid and an Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement is entered
into by both parties.
