We can provide corgi registered gas engineers, certified plumbers, electricians, domestic appliance engineers, roofers, and general builders.

If you require full management of your property a charge a competitive fee, based on the gross rent will be made as and when rents are received. This charge covers the following services: -

• Three monthly inspection of the property.
• Collecting the monthly rent direct into our bank account
• Taking care of necessary repairs as notified to us- We will need to agree with you a limit sum to be disbursed on routine   repairs without referring to you. We will also need your authority to arrange immediate repairs in case of emergency.

Please note that our full management service is offered during the period of the Tenancy only.
