Mailing and telephoning
We have a substantial number of registered applicants, many in a position to proceed with a rental immediately. When instructions are received, we will contact suitable applicants either by phone or e-mail backed up by a full set of details.

Viewings
With regard to prospective purchasers viewing your property, all viewings will be by prior appointment only, naturally to suit yours or your current Tenants   convenience and a member of our Letting staff will accompany all prospective applicants viewing your home.

Feedback
We will update you after viewings to let you know both the positive and negative comments. We will make constant assessment regarding the progress of the letting, changing our marketing strategy as necessary.
